This is an electronic gift card only.
How to get a physical gift card:
If you wish to receive a physical gift card, please purchase the e-gift card for yourself and not for someone else, so you receive the gift card code.
Once you receive your gift card code, please contact me via email (eva@yiayiaslittlekitchen.co.uk) to request a physical card. I will have it then ready for you to collect on our opening days. If you wish your gift card to be sent to you, please send me your address.
How to redeem the gift card:
We're currently experiencing some difficulties with our website provider and the option to redeem the gift card vouchers upon check out.
If you want to redeem a gift card we have two options:
1) Place the order and pay for it and bring your gift card code/ voucher with you when you collect. We will then refund you the amount back to the payment method you used to place the order.
2) Call or message us on WhatsApp with your order and the gift card code and we will put it through the system for you, so you won't get charged. If the order amount is more than the voucher amount you can just pay the difference upon collection. If you have a remaining balance on the gift voucher, we are able to adjust it in our system.
